SHIPPING POLICY

At Bespoke Trading Co. we have teamed up with standard and freight delivery companies to ensure your product makes it to you at the same quality it left us each and every time.  The furniture you ordered will be delivered with rates based on your area.  While smaller items can be delivered to your door as any standard delivery shipping order would, our larger items can be delivered to your door or inside your home with white glove service if this is chosen and available.  We must receive a phone number from you at time of order as this will be needed for any item that needs to be sent via freight.  Once received please inspect each item carefully and let us know if there are any issues so that we may handle within the return policy period.

Smaller items under 72 pounds will be delivered via Fedex usually within 3-7 business days after an item ships.  Furniture or items that are over this weight will be required to ship via freight.  Freight orders, depending on the region we are shipping to, generally arrive within 1-2 weeks after the item ships and do require scheduling with the customer and the freight company.  An adult will need to be home to sign for these items as this is the policy of any freight delivery carrier.  Items ship out each day Monday – Friday.  We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

HANDLING TIME

Customer orders will be processed in the order they are received.  Any orders received prior to 2pm EST will be processed that same day.  If an order is received after 2pm the order will be processed the following business day.  Business days are Monday – Friday.  Once an order is received and processed the normal handling time is 3 days before shipping occurs.  This can vary, however we strive to get items out as quickly as possible once an order is received.

At this time we do not ship items in which delivery falls under this criteria.
