Can you ensure quality?

Yes. We take pride in selecting the best products. This means quality and durability are as important to us as they are to our customers. We are confident in the process and pieces we sell. When your piece is completed, it goes through a rigorous inspection to guarantee precise workmanship.

Where is our furniture produced?

Our pieces are handmade in Southeast Indonesia. This area is known for their artisans and strong traditions of craftsmanship that have been passed down through generations. What should you know about buying our furniture? Each of our pieces is individually handcrafted, wood colors may vary. We are happy to take an image of your exact piece prior to purchase. Natural variations are expected and contribute to the unique beauty of every piece we sell.

Can you ensure my piece will fit into my home?

We strongly recommend prior to purchase you read each description and call if you have any questions. Some tables that are sold with the addition of glass may be confusing. The glass top size is ultimately the size of your piece. The dimension is the size of the base only in most cases. Please note our refund and exchange policy.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. What happens if your furniture arrives damaged? After your delivery, do a full inspection. If you notice any kind of discrepancy, give us a call immediately so that we may assist with next steps.

Do we have seasonal sales or promotions?

We may offer promotions such as free shipping or a small percentage off of select pieces. We do not have standard seasonal sales. We are unique to a retailer that each piece is available until it is sold. We offer our pieces at the lowest possible prices. If you like something, we suggest making a purchase.

When is your credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged in full when you place your order.
